Donors just have to text ‘go mobiledonator’ to 87121 to receive aspecial message that directs them to the MobileDonator site. They then choose the charity and amount they’d like to donate.Charities including the NSPCC, SCOPE, War Child and Islamic Aid have already signed up for the service, say MobileDonator. MobileDonator then forwards the donations directly into the charities’ bank accounts to reduce any manual administrative work. Charities using the service can track results with an access-controlled area on MobileDonator’s Web site. About Howard Lake Howard Lake is a digital fundraising entrepreneur.
